"I HAD BUG'S IN MY ROOM AND I CALLED 2 TIME'S AND THAY WERE GOING TO SPRAY BUT DID NOT. I STAYED UP MOST OF THE NIGHT WHEN I FOUND A BUG IN MY BED."

"People in charge could hardly speak English to help you out. There were not enough towels. Definitely no frills at all...no coffee pot,no decent breakfast facilities."

"Key West is an expensive town and I only paid $127 per night as opposed to the walk in rate of £168. However, considering to get a cab downtown to the bars ad resaurants costs $12-15 I do not feel that this hotel is great value for money."
